lanyards and key chains and gifts for the moms and aunts in their lives!
My name is Linda Blackbourn. I am a jewelry designer in the D.C. area. The "make your own jewelry party" is an idea I
have perfected while raising two girls. This was always their favorite birthday party! Now I am offering it to others. I will
come to your party location and bring all the materials and findings for a group of girls to make as much wonderful jewelry
as they can make!
Trust me, the girls love this. And even boys get a kick out of designing things.

EXTRA BONUS TIP!!! Lose the goody bag altogether! How? Before I arrive, go to a craft store and buy some
little unfinished wooden boxes (usually around $1.00 a piece), along with some paints, glitter and jewels. Have the girls
(and boys) decorate them for their jewelry treasures that they will make with me! Who needs a loot bag?

I will bring: - Surgical quality base metal findings for pierced and clip-on earrings, bracelets and necklaces.*
- Hooks for backpack charms, lanyards and key chains.
- Stringing wires, clasps and materials.
- Beads, beads and more beads - of all colors and shapes - in glass, metal, limited stones and
freshwater pearls.
I will give a brief tutorial and be
there to instuct fully and to "finish off" the jewelry professionally. I will stay for up to two hours, create as much jewelry as the kids can stand, and clean up before I leave.
