Linda Blackbourn is a jewelry designer in the Washington DC metro area.

"I get as excited today as I did when I was a little girl, when I see a beautiful, sparkly
rock. Every day I have ideas for new jewelry bursting out of me. I dream about jewelry
and gemstones! And it absolutely thrills me to think of my jewelry walking around
every continent.

I really enjoy interacting with customers and collectors at jewelry parties, trunk shows
and street fairs. And one of my favorite things is making jewelry together -- with little
girls, and big girls! ...Imagine a girls jewelry making party for a 40 year old! Not with
plastic beads ~ with the real stuff! It's amazing to see people get creative with rocks.
Often times, I learn from them!

I have personal relationships with most of my customers, and I love that! I am also
dedicated to making my customers happy. I have NEVER said no to a customization, if
it was possible. And, on the rare occasion that an element went wrong, or a client
wasn't happy with something, I have always fixed or replaced it.
